A few weeks ago I travelled to Holly Booth’s sunny studio in Derby, to shoot some lifestyle photos of my fabrics and home accessories with her. The images are now in and I’m delighted to share a few with you.
Don’t they look fantastic?!
Huge thanks go to Holly, who was a pleasure to work with. She did a fab job photographing my colourful range and helping me style each set! Another special thank you goes to Curtains by Julia, who made the beautiful blinds and curtains featured.
I’m so pleased with the photographs and think they capture the vibrancy of my collection perfectly! Hurray!
I recently acquired a lovely antique screen and knew straight away it would make the perfect accessory for displaying some of my fabrics, as well as being a great addition to my new home. I’m due to move in a few months time, so I set to work giving it an Annabel Perrin makeover. I’m pleased to share the before and after shots with you now.
The screen had been re-upholstered but it was a little rough around the edges, as you can see! I spent hours stripping down layers of fabric and removing countless staples and tacks – most of which were rusty and rather stubborn! But I was eventually left with a good sturdy frame to work with. After adding a layer of calico to support my fabric, I began to re-cover the frame in some of my own designs.
I chose four fabrics that I think look brilliant and bold together – Spectrum, Imperial Diamond Mono, Flowerpress and Glasshouse and a bright orange trim to frame the patterns (and hide the tacks of course!).
What do you think? I’m delighted with it and cant wait to show it off at future shows and also in my new house!
Summer is finally here – Hurray! To mark the start of warm weather and sunny skies I have joined forces with interior designer and blogger Yasmin Chopin to offer my best giveaway yet!
Together we’re giving you the chance to win two summery Annabel Perrin cushions, one in Sunset Sunrise and the other in Deckchairs, plus matching tea towels! Check out Yasmin’s blog to read my interview and find out how to enter.
Best of luck!

Since launching my first homeware collection two years ago, I’ve always dreamt of adding wallpapers to my product range. I was therefore jumping for joy last Friday when the doorbell went and rolls and rolls of my wallpaper were delivered! I’m now delighted to reveal my first ever wallpaper collection, which see’s two of my popular designs, Hemlock and Glasshouse, reworked especially for walls! These will be available to purchase from Tuesday 5th May.
So… let me introduce the range to you:
Hemlock is already a popular fabric choice with customers and now this fresh and fabulous print is a must have for walls. Combine with a Canopy Lampshade for added POW!
If you loved the original colour-way (above) then you’re bound to fall in love with this brand new Hemlock colour-way. It’s exclusive to the new wallpaper range! Pick out the pops of mustard by pairing it with my Imperial Mustard fabric.
My Glasshouse design has been enlarged especially to create bolder wallpaper for the brave. The stunning acidic colours look fabulous on walls and it’s my personal favourite! (In fact, there’s a wall in my house already primed for it – photos to follow soon!).
If these are right up your street, here’s a taster of some complementary items already available in my online shop…
The wallpapers are priced at £105 for a 10m roll and will be available from 5th May from my online shop, as well as from select stockists.
On Saturday I exhibited my homewares at Home Is In The North, a brand new interiors pop up event run by The Social Butterfly. It was a delight to see hundreds of visitors piling into the impressive Halle St Peters venue, in Ancoats, Manchester, for a day of design inspiration and shopping!
It’s always a joy to attend these events, and the atmosphere at Home Is In The North is one of the best I’ve experienced. Visitors were in high spirits and full of praise about the range of products on show by each indie business/designer. There was also a great camaraderie between the exhibitors, particularly as many of us had met up before the event for the pop-up photo shoot around the city.
If you were unable to attend the event here’s a little recap of what the day had in store.
Thanks go to Garry Lomas for his fabulous photography of the day.
Don’t miss the next Home Is In The North, which has already been scheduled for Saturday 15th November, at the same venue. Get it in the diary quick!!!
Check out what others are saying about the event…
This time last week I was exhibiting at Home London, alongside Taz, Nancy, Keith and Fanny; the Confessions of a Design Geek class of 2014!
It was my first taste of a trade show and I enjoyed every minute of it. Granted there was plenty to take in and learn from (and setting up was a bit tricky at times!) but I feel very positive about the show and attending similar events in the future. I met lots of lovely buyers, press, twitter friends and fellow stand holders and of course it was my first time meeting Katie (coadg) and the shortlist. Getting to know them and seeing their inspirational products was one of the highlights of the experience. Here we all are pictured below;

The reaction to my work was very encouraging and I’m hopeful lots of good things will come from the exhibition. You’ll be the first to know! In the mean time here are a few photos of our stand taken by Yeshen Venema (www.yeshenvenam.com).
Big thanks to those of you who visited our stand and said hello… it was lovely to meet you!
On Saturday I exhibited at the first ever Independent Interiors Show, which took place at the quirky 2022 venue in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. It was a pleasure to be involved with the show, which featured some of the best independent designer-makers from the north. Being fairly new to the scene it was great to meet so many local creatives and interior enthusiasts! To top the day off a number of fab up-cycling and ceramic workshops took place and sent ripples of applause around the venue throughout the day!
The folks at Tim Simpson Photography were on hand to record the day’s events and here are some terrific shots of my stand courtesy of them!
The event was a huge success and so it’s no surprise to hear that organisers Rachael and Victoria are already planning the next one!
